Introduction

The Curve of Spee is a key anatomical feature in orthodontic treatment, influencing occlusion, esthetics, and function. While leveling the curve is a common goal in orthodontics, its effects vary depending on skeletal vertical patterns. This retrospective study investigates how skeletal vertical morphology influences the dental and skeletal changes achieved through the leveling of the curve of Spee using continuous archwire appliances.
